Salmon Loaf With Cream Cheese



Turn oven on and set at 350. Break canned salmon up with fork. Mix yolks with mushroom soup, and add to salmon. Then add pepper, oatmeal and lemon juice and onion and mix well. If using fresh salmon, preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Season the salmon lightly with salt and pepper, place on a foil lined baking sheet and bake for 12 minuets until the fish flakes apart. Ingredients

Cream
  • can salmon
  • cream cheese (8 oz)
  • dried onion flakes
  • liquid smoke flavoring
  • dried parsley flakes or 1 cup
  • chopped nuts ( any kind you like) i like pecans

How to Make Salmon Loaf

  1. Drain salom; remove all bones. Add softened cream cheese, onion, and liquid smoke. Form into loaf or ball. Chill in refrigerator until firm. Roll in chopped nuts. Serve with crackers.
